Bulletproof Your Coffee

One of my favorite coffees to make is bulletproof coffee. I was introduced to this by a former business mentor a couple of years ago. Since then if I have an extra 5 min in my morning, I make myself a cup or 2.

What makes this kind of coffee better than yours?
– Keeps you energized through out the day
– Keeps you focussed since it is full of healthy fats that the brain uses.
– Keeps you feeling full for hours. Which means it will kill sugar/ carb cravings for donuts.

What do you need:
– Coffee: Preferably an organic bean
Ghee or Grass Fed Butter (Kerry Gold unsalted)
*Regular butters do not blend well and contain caseins. Caseins will bind to antioxidants, which will prevent you from absorbing them. Grass Fed Ghee and kerry gold have little to no caseins.

– MCT oil (Medium Chain Triglyceride) or XCT Oil
*Healthy Fat, and will help you raise your metabolic function. MCT oil can also help with balancing your hormonal levels.

How to make it: (More Details HERE)
1 cup coffee
1-2 Tbs of Ghee/ Kerry Gold unsalted Grass Fed Butter
1-2 Tbs of MCT or XCT oil
*if this is your first time making and trying this, start with 1Tbs. Trust us on this.
