Our youth are on the road to becoming “Future Firebreathers.”

 

They will learn new skills and be taught involved light weights movements. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, running, rowing, and stretching. Classes will include game play and positive reinforcement, as well as discussions on what was learned in each class.

    CrossFit Kids Victorious

    Our CF Kids program will be ramping up in March!!!! With the first class starting on March 6th. The classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 530pm with some exceptions to Holidays. If you are interested in enrolling your young athletes in the ONLY Certified and Registered CrossFit Kids program in Tomball and surounding areas, come in and talk to us.
