Focus on Whole Foods

One of the best ways to improve your nutritional balance is to include more whole foods into your diet.  Shop around the perimeter of the grocery store for fresher foods, and avoid processed foods as much as possible.  Read labels and try to choose foods with more natural ingredients.  In this video Coach Jose (Blueprint Nutrition) shares just a few of his favorite proteins, healthy fats, and carbs.
