Didn't improve on my deadlift (205#) - I ate bad this weekend and was amazed at how quickly my joints that haven't bothered me in almost two months flared up. It's crazy how the food we eat effects us that way. My back was hurting all weekend - didn't want to push it on the deadlifts. Back on track today!

335 Deadlift 2RM - tried to go up to 345, I think it moved approximately 2 inches. Need to work on it.
