For Time
80 Double Unders
30 Pull Ups
15 Dead Lifts (80% of 2RM)
60 Double Unders
20 Toes to Bar
10 Dead Lifts
40 Double Unders
10 Strict Reverse Grip Chin ups
5 Dead Lifts
(To complete this WOD as RX'd, all movements must be completed unbroken. For every break in each movement, you must complete 3 burpees before continuing. Every break in JR, letting the bar rest too long on the floor, dropping the bar, and letting go of the pull up bar, are all considered breaks.)
