Part A: 
AMRAP in 10min
Max Wall Ball Shots
100m Run
(1 partner on WBS and switches out when the other returns from the run.)

Then:

Part B:
AMRAP in 10 min 
10 SDHP (60/40)
10 Squats
10 KBS (60/40)
(1 partner performs the AMRAP while the other finishes a shuttle run and rotates)
