Part "A"
21-15-9-9-15-21 reps of
KBS (60/40)
Sit Ups
Goblet Squats (60/40)
With a partner and only 1 working at a time. Partner A will complete 21 reps of all 3 movements then partner B will complete 15 reps.  You will continue alternating with the rep scheme until complete.

Part B:
4 x 100m weighted run relay
With a partner and only 1 working at time, running 100m at a time.
