Team WOD
With a partner and an empty bar (95/65)
3 Rounds
600m Run (one partner must carry the bar at least 300m)
50 Wall Ball Shots (partner performs bench presses, no rack)
40 Box Jumps (partner performs back squats)

(Anytime either partner takes a break they must switch or they can do so before)
