Saturday 12.31.11 Team WOD

 

"New Year Count Down"
AMRAP in 2011 seconds
3 Dead Lifts (135/95)
2 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
1 Thruster (135/95)
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
12 Burpees

With a partner and only 1 working at a time complete each round as follows. Partner 1 will complete the Dead Lifts, Hand Power Cleans and Thruster. Then partner 2 will complete the 20 WBS and the 12 burpees then start back up with the barbell movements.
