Team WOD

Part A:

MAX G2O Weight

Athletes will have 5 min to lift as many pound as possible from the ground to overhead. (score = total pounds lifted)

2 min rest

Part B:

AMRAP in 5 min

Anchored Sit Ups

2 min rest

Part C:

AMRAP in 10 min

Short Broken Cindy

3 pull Ups

6 Push Ups

9 Squats

(Only 1 partner per round working at a time)

1 round = 18 reps

(total score = total weight + sit up reps + Cindy reps)
