With a partner complete the following for time. Only 1 partner working at a time. Partner 2 cannot start the next part until partner 1 has completed their WOD. Partners will continue the following rotation until all 4 WODs have been completed. Time stops when all 4 WODs are completed.

Elevated Push Ups (20/16" box)
Partner 1 (C)
45 Thrusters (75/55)
45 Elevated Push Ups (20/16" Box)
(reps can be partitioned however you want)
Partner 2 (D)
45 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
45 SDHP (75/55)
(reps can be partitioned however you want)
