GROUP TRAINING (CFV CrossFit WOD Program & Fit Camp WOD Program)
All of our athletes participate in the CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD) or our Fit Camp WOD group sessions. We run these sessions 5 days a week, and they are appropriately scaled for individual ability. Group sizes range from 6-15 athletes per class; we have found this provides a great balance between coach(es)/athlete interaction and a very healthy dose of competition!
All CFV WOD’s are:
Scalable – they are individualized
Observable – we monitor and record your performance
Measurable – your workout is timed or scored
Repeatable – we have benchmark workouts that we return to on a regular basis to gauge your progress.

YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES
Our youth are on the road to becoming “Future Fire Breathers.”
They will learn new skills and be taught involved light weights movements. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, running, rowing, and stretching. Classes will include game play and positive reinforcement, as well as discussions on what was learned in each class. (CONTACT) us for more info and visit (CrossFit KIDS)
CrossFit Victorious Youth (7-13yr old)
- Drop in Rate – $15 per class / per child
CFV FIT CAMPS
If you are someone who is not to sure about jumping into a CrossFit Class, or is always telling your insane CrossFit friends, “Im not ready for CrossFit!!” . Then this class is for you!!!
This is a 45 minute class that focuses on form and functional movements. This is moderate intensity class, a few steps below our standard CrossFit classes offered at CFV. Exercises will include, plyometrics, cardio, moderate weight use restricted to dumb bells, and medicine balls, body weight movements as well as many other functional exercises. The Workouts will range from 15min to 30 min in length and the course will not involve any heavy lifting or barbell use. (Sign Up HERE)
INDIVIDUAL ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE COACHING
One on one coaching is the most effective method of learning our fundamental movements, and preparing you for success in our group training classes. With the help and guidance from our certified, expert Coaches, you will learn how to safely and properly perform CrossFit’s most important movements at your own pace.
- Each session is individually designed for your current ability.
- By the end of your initial sessions, you will have the opportunity to continue with more personal coaching instruction, or move onto the CFV CrossFit group classes or Fit Camp classes.
- We provide both long term and short term one-on-one coaching depending on your individual needs.
For athletes who have been inactive for a long period of time, have health limitations, or prefer additional accountability, the highest success rate (decreased injuries and consistent attendance) have been found in athletes who begin with a series one-on-one personal sessions. One -on one-coaching sessions are not a pre-requisite for attending our group classes.

SATELLITE PROGRAMMING & COACHING
Finding it hard to make it to our location or join one of our Off-Site programs. We offer a range of Satellite coaching and programming for you via email and private password internet sites designed specifically to meet your goals. We can design your workouts and assess your nutritional lifestyle. This program involves programming and nutritional guidance. (CONTACT) us for more information.
PRIVATE SMALL GROUP COACHING or Off-Site CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Get a group of friends, like-minded athletes together or your companies employees and share the benefits of a Private Small Group Coaching Session. The session will be tailored to exactly what you want whether it be CrossFit specific skill work, a WOD or both.

Do you want to learn about good nutrition? What should you really eat? How do you lose fat? How do you gain muscle? How do you improve performance with nutrition? Learn all this and much more when you take part in CFV’s Nutrition Coaching. Participants nutrition will be reviewed, goals set and coaching provided. Participants will be provided with the knowledge and resources to become an expert in their own nutrition.
