Our instructors all come from competitive athletic backgrounds.
Each has over 12 years of hands-on coaching and teaching experience. Here at CrossFit Victorious, we have worked with people in the first responder (law enforcement) and civilian fields, and have coached them to success no matter what level of fitness they began on their journey in. Allow us to do the same for you!

I have worked as a deputy for the Harris County Sheriffs Office for 13 years, before devoting my full time passion to making people better from the ground up. During my time as a deputy sheriff I was a primary instructor and training developer for the tactical response unit I was assigned to. In addition I also served as one of the agencies defensive tactics, Physical fitness, and Nutrition instructors for Harris County Sheriffs Basic Police Officers Course and Basic County Corrections Course.
I have been a CrossFit Certified Instructor since 2008, and have been training and coaching individuals and groups as early as 2005. My love for fitness has led me to attempt several events putting my fitness to the test, ranging from placing 2nd in 2009 in the North American Grappling Association tournament, and completing a 50k in April of 2010.
I have made coaching and training individuals and groups my full time career and not a hobby. My dedication and soul resonates within the walls of CrossFit Victorious and the team of coaches we work hard to develop. Whether you’re an elite athlete, or new to fitness, our staff and me can rebuild you from the ground up. We will create a better, healthier you.

Favorite CF Bench Mark: Fran
Favorite Movement: Clean and Jerk
I began CrossFit in September of 2010, and have a strong athletic background with many NCAA honors in baseball, including 4 ASC All-Conference honors as a catcher at LeTourneau University. I have seen and experienced first hand how CrossFit can be implemented into other sports and everyday life. I enjoy participating in local CrossFit competitions, but most of all enjoy competing with CFV athletes on a daily basis at the gym.
I am a LeTourneau University graduate with a Bachelor of Science – Kinesiology degree. I received my CrossFit Level 1 Certification in July of 2011 and my CrossFit Olympic-Lifting Certification in October of 2012.
I work hard as both a coach and an athlete. I have experienced a life change due to CrossFit and have reached goals and feat others thought were untouchable. My newest goal is to help you do the same, regardless of how big or small your challenges may be.

Erin Hehr | Staff Coach / Athlete Relations Ambassador
I have been active in sports all my life, but it wasn’t until gaining over 75 pounds with both of my kids that I realized how much control I have over my body. I thought that running an hour every morning, then rushing off to do two fitness classes back to back was the only way to get the weight off and stay in shape. Boy was I wrong!
I was tired of the mundane routine day after day so I found CFV in Aug. of 2012.
I’ve always had a love for teaching. I went to Stephen F. Austin State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I taught second and fourth grade for 9 years before staying home when my son was born. With my educational background, I realize the importance of connecting with others and how you have to establish that connection in order to learn. This is not any different with athletes.
I’m now a passionate coach who thrives on seeing athletes sweat, laugh, strive and succeed, and CFV is where my heart lies. I would do anything for one of my own family members and my CFV family members are no different. They are what drive my passion to coach and become the best instructor I can be. Whether it’s to help prepare you for your next competition or just so you can get in shape to look and feel better, I am here to share my enthusiasm and love for fitness and to help you reach your goals.
I’m constantly striving to be better than yesterday, and my only regret looking back, is that I hadn’t found CFV sooner! I want to pay it forward, so if you’re ready to make a change, you know where I am.
- Dec 1995 - Stephen F. Austin State University Graduate
- Nov 2013 - Completed CFV Intern Training Program
- Jan 2014 – CrossFit Level 1 Instructor Certification
Kimberly Ferguson | Boot Camp Coach
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a degree in Health Education and minor in Business Administration. I began my career working for the Williamson County Health Department before moving to The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio as a Health Educator for over four years. My focus was working with community groups providing health education and physical fitness classes. Previously, I was certified as a Community Health Education Specialist (CHES) along with CPR and First Aid. I then took a break from the corporate world to have my three children. I joined Crossfit Victorious after having my third child over two years ago. I was overweight and out of shape. I love the community at Crossfit Victorious and the diversity of Crossfit workouts. I was able to lose the baby weight and get back in shape. I want to help other moms to do the same.

Anna Davis | CFV Yoga Coach
I’ve been in the fitness world pretty much my entire life. I played organized sports up until my sophomore year of college and then started working out in group classes at the gym. I started teaching group fitness classes in 2005 and realized it was a huge passion of mine to lead others through a series of exercises that motivated and challenged them in a group setting.
I currently teach Core and Total Conditioning at Lifetime Fitness (City Centre) and also assist in teaching Barbell Strength.
Yoga has now become an essential part of my workouts. It has improved my flexibility, core strength, breathing techniques and overall fitness level. I attend several classes at different studios in Houston and find great benefits in all styles of yoga.
The yoga class at Crossfit Victorious will enable the members to improve flexibility, strength and mobility. I will lead the class through a series of stretching, balancing and strength movements and postures that will challenge their core and muscle endurance. The members will learn how to incorporate breathing into each movement. Each participant will see improvement with each class they attend and they will be encouraged to challenge themselves to try new and advanced moves as they improve through each class.
I encourage the members to bring a yoga mat to class in order to experience a safe yoga practice. The yoga mat will help prevent slipping and injury during class. I also encourage the members to bring water and a towel.
Tim Janak Jr | CFV Mobility Coach
Im a certified orthopedic massage therapist, neurosomatic therapist, an instructor in sports massage therapy and neurosomatic therapy and have been helping people improve their mobility and prevent injury for the past eight years. The past four years I have been instructing classes on self care and mobility to help people move better . My massage practice is focused on improving function and movement for the athlete to prevent injuries from occurring. My clientele includes: cyclist, runners, crossfiters, martial arts and your average person. I combine movement concepts with mobility and manual therapy in order to help clients. I have provided therapy for elite runners of the Houston marathon, Crossfit regionals 2010 and 2011 and many other competitions around the Houston area.
I have learned about Crossfit from an ultra runner and decided to join. It wasn’t long until I was hooked and I have been an avid Crossfiter since 2008. I enjoy the challenge of always perfecting the movements and have a strong desire to become better. Crossfit has helped me develop a strong understanding of the movements and the muscles that are involved in the sport.
In high school, I played lacrosse and ran cross country. I have crossed the Grand Canyon numerous times and have completed many 25k, 30k, and two 50k trail runs. My next challenge is increasing my distance to 100 mile trail races.
I love the Crossfit community, camaraderie, and friendships that I have made since starting Crossfit. I look forward to increasing my knowledge and skills in order to help many more people live long happy lives doing what they enjoy most!
