Warm Up:

Complete 400m run
AMRAP Pull ups/ Ring Dips

Team WOD:
400m Run (Partner 1)
100 Hand Release Push Ups
400m Run (Partner 2)
100 Box Jumps (24/20)
400m Run (Partner 3)
300 backward jump rope

Only 1 team member working at a time, and the team cannot start until the partner completes their individual run.
