Warm Up:
In Teams of 3-4 Athletes:
Row Relay
Cover as much distance as possible in 8 min
Every minute on the minute the athletes have to rotate:
Team with the greatest distance covered will only have a 15 burpee (buy in)
All other teams will have 25 burpee buy in:
For time:
With a partner in the following order:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats
1000m Run
100 Squats
100 Sit Ups
100 Push ups
100 Pull ups
(Only 1 partner working at time and on the run the each partner can only cover 100m at a time)
